Calculations and simulations
We offer cooperation at the development, modification or optimization of your plastic part or at elimination of defects of plastic parts manufactured already.
Specification
When performing the development or optimization of a plastic part, when eliminating defects from plastic parts already manufactured, we use programs from the German SIMCON kunststofftechnische Software GmbH, particularly the Cadmould® 3D-F and VARIMOS® programs. We provide technical support for the programs of the said company, in cooperation with Plasty Gabriel s.r.o. We also act as sales agency for the Czechia and for the Slovak Republic.
We offer
- analysis of injection process (including annealing channels and inflow systems)
- analysis of plastic part shrinking and deformation, analysis of two and more component injection and analysis of injection with inserts
- analysis of other injection methods
- optimization of cooling
- optimization of injection cycle depending on the customer-defined part size
